Principals Kelly Baron McIntosh and Carol Robinson bring valuable insight to the recruitment needs of the organizations as well as a developed understanding of the complexity of the leadership market. Their collaborative style enables them to tailor both process and recruitment activities to meet client needs while valuing diverse perspectives.
Kelly Baron McIntosh’s experience in leadership search stems from her previous work with a nationally recognized niche search firm specializing in the areas of post-secondary education and health. As a Consultant, Kelly is regarded for her candidate development and client relations. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills give clients and candidates confidence that their needs are being met in a professional, timely manner. Her thorough and insightful approach has been an asset in her recent successes with search in the post-secondary and health sector field.
Kelly’s well-developed research skills and attention to detail stem from her past experience in the field of labour and employment law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and gives back to the community through her work with the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Carol Robinson’s background in executive and board search was proven by her recent experience with the Province of British Columbia. As the senior Manager of the Board Resourcing and Development Office she successfully identified numerous candidates for multi-level provincial agencies, executive boards, and commissions. In addition, she has spoken locally and internationally on public sector search, appointment, and board governance practices.
Carol began her career with a national executive search firm where she worked with an array of public and private sector organizations. She is a graduate in Psychology and Family Studies from UBC and Human Resource Management from BCIT. Carol gives back to her community through various organizations. She is a former Girl Guide Leader and participant of the Weekend to End Breast Cancer and is currently on the Nominations Committee for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards. Clients enjoy her intuitive nature, attention to detail, and dedication to the entire search process.
